Request for Proposals
Proposals will be received by the Union Parish Sheriff’s Office prior to September 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for the following:
Integrated Law Enforcement Records, Field Reporting and Computer Aided Dispatching Solution
Bid packets received subsequent to 9:00 a.m. on September 1, 2017 will be rejected.
Specifications for the above solution are on file and may be obtained upon request form the Criminal Chief Deputy, Bill Webb, Union Parish Sheriff’s Office, 710 Holder Road, Farmerville, LA 71241. You may also contact Chief Bill Webb by calling (318)368-3124.
Award will be responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous taking into consideration price and other evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposals. THE PROPOSAL WILL BE AWARDED TO ONE AND ONLY ONE VENDOR.
Each proposal submitted should be sealed and clearly marked “UPSO RECORDS, FIELD REPORTING & COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCHING SOLUTION–2017”.
Notice is further given that all proposals received in a timely manner will be publicly opened and read aloud at a meeting on September 1, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. at the Union Parish Sheriff’s Office Building, front lobby, 710 Holder Road, Farmerville, LA 71241.
The Union Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
